By accessing or using Clipur ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Clipur is a performance-based clipping marketplace that connects content creators ("Founders") with video editors ("Clippers") who create short-form clips from long-form content.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Content Guidelines

Users must not upload or create content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material
• Misrepresents view counts or engagement metrics
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payments and Fees

Clipur charges a platform fee on campaign budgets. Payouts to Clippers are processed according to the campaign terms. All payments are subject to verification and may be withheld if fraudulent activity is detected.

6. Intellectual Property

Founders retain ownership of their source content. Clippers grant Founders a license to use created clips as specified in each campaign. Clipur retains the right to use anonymized data for platform improvements.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time, subject to pending transactions being completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clipur is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
